Price and payment
The standard one-page website project is £225 in total. £50 is paid to start the project and £175 is paid after you have reviewed and accepted the completed website. The £50 is the first part of the £225, not an extra fee. £225 is the maximum for the standard package unless additional work is separately agreed.
£225 is VAT-inclusive. VAT is 20%. Nothing is added on top of the £225 project price.

- Agreed page sections and content
- Contact/enquiry functionality
- Mobile and desktop optimisation
- Basic SEO setup
- Deployment to your existing domain
- Two agreed rounds of reasonable revisions
What it does not automatically include
- Domain purchase
- Ongoing web hosting
- Website maintenance
- Paid third-party services
- Professional photography
- Logo/branding creation
- Extensive copywriting
- Additional pages
- E-commerce
- Booking systems
- Major functionality outside the agreed scope
Scope changes
No additional work, features, pages or third-party integrations are included unless they are separately agreed. Additional work is never added automatically — a new offer is discussed and agreed first.
Revisions
Two agreed rounds of reasonable revisions are included before the website goes live.
