Enquiries and quotes

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Prices shown, including landing pages from £225, are starting points. The final scope and price are confirmed in writing before any work begins.

Ownership of work

Once a landing page project is complete and paid for, the finished page and its content are yours. Your domain name remains yours throughout.

Training

Training sessions are practical and discussion-based. They do not confer any qualification, accreditation or formal certification, and they do not replace your employer's mandatory training.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, liability for loss arising from use of this website is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
