The £50 deposit reserves your slot and starts your project. It's the first part of the £225, not an extra fee.

• Cancel before we start work: full refund of your £50.
• Cancel after we've started: the £50 is non-refundable — it covers the time already spent on your site.
• We can't deliver: full refund of your £50, no deductions.
• Something's wrong with the finished site: tell us — it's covered by your two included revision rounds before any refund question comes up.

Refunds due are paid within 14 days, to your original payment method.
